Intro

Hello! My name is Peter, a 2019 Harvard graduate and current Business Operations Associate at LinkedIn. After graduating with a Joint degree is Statistics and Computer Science, I decided to hone my business experience by working at Bain & Company before switching to LinkedIn as a Business Operations Associate. I'm particuarly interested in bring advanced data analysis to inform broad business decisions. Outside of work you can find me drawing on my iPad, tending to my houseplants, reading, attending live concerts, and simply hanging out with friends.

Currently

I am currently working at LinkedIn as a Business Opeartions Associate ("BizOps"), specifically focused on product strategy within the Ads Marketplace. My responsibilites span assessing the operational health of our business and driving the long term strategy of my product area, Assets, Formats, and Placements. Key Projects have included:

• Co-authored 3-year Product strategy and roadmap for Assets, Formats, and Placements, co-ordinating and leading cross functional workshops to gather input
• Authored robust strategy on monetization opportunity for LinkedIn Events, pausing R&D investment due to findings
• Instituted a weekly Product Health forum to actively discuss operational performance among Product and Finance partners
• Actively monitor all A/B tests platform wide, intervening when tests are problematic for Ads ecosystem

Currently, I have rediscovered my interest in programming, taking on various side projects to practice full stack technologies.
